Madison County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site organizes Madison County and North Carolina inmate and jail-record resources. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.


Nature of the Service

This is a private reference site with no government authority. It stores no official record and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file an agency document. Its pages point to Madison County release-record resources, North Carolina corrections systems, and third-party research tools.


Acceptable Use
